Where it happened
- The email you sign in with.
- The container ID. It starts with GTM, like GTM-ABC123.
- The link to the page in the app, if you have one.
What happened
- What you did, step by step.
- What you thought would happen.
- What happened instead.
- About when it happened, and your time zone.
Saw an error page?
Our error page shows a short code. Please copy it into your email. It helps us find what went wrong.
A picture helps
A screenshot is great. Please hide any private info first, like keys or client data you can't share.
